海关联盟技术法规TR CU 019/2011：关于个人防护设备安全

TR CU 019/2011 "关于个人防护设备的安全 "适用于以前没有投入使用（新的）并在海关联盟关税区释放流通的个人防护用品。

以下个人防护产品需要EAC符合性声明：

个人保护的机械因素的保护装置；

免受静电影响的个人保护装置。

只有欧亚联盟申请人本人使用他电子秘钥（EDS）才可以在政府注册系统上注册TR CU 019/2011法规的EAC符合性声明。

以下产品需要进行EAC合格认证：

防止从高处坠落的个人保护装置；

针对化学因素的个人防护装置；

针对辐射因素的个人防护装置；

针对高温和/或低温的个人防护装置；

针对电弧、非电离辐射、电击等热风险的个人防护用品；

特殊的高能见度信号服；

皮肤病个人防护设备。

混合（组合）形式的EAC合格认证适用于以下产品：

复杂的个人防护设备。

TR CU 019/2011法规不适用于以下类型的个人防护设备：

体育比赛中使用的个人防护装备；

为防火单位和应对自然和人为紧急情况的单位专门设计的个人防护手段；

在航空、空间技术和水下工作中使用的特别设计的个人防护设备；

用于医疗和微生物应用的特别设计的个人防护设备；

作为交易会和展览的样品使用的个人防护设备；

为防止可用于军事目的的细菌（生物）制剂和放射性材料、防止化学武器中使用的有毒化学品和防暴化学品而设计或改装的个人防护设备，以及为其专门设计的部件。

Technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 019/2011: "On Personal Protective Equipment Safety".

TR CU 019/2011 "On safety of personal protective equipment" applies to products that have not previously been in service (new) and released into circulation in the common customs territory of the Customs Union

The following products are subject to declaration:

means of individual protection from mechanical factors;

means of individual protection from the effects of static electricity.

Only the applicant himself using his EDS can register a declaration of conformity of products with the requirements of TR CU 019/2011.

The following products are subject to certification:

means of personal protection against falling from a height;

means of personal protection from chemical factors;

means of personal protection against radiation factors;

means of individual protection against high and/or low temperatures;

means of individual protection against thermal risks of electric arc, non-ionising radiation, electric shock;

special high-visibility signal clothes;

dermatological PPE.

The mixed (combined) form of confirmation of conformity shall apply to products:

complex personal protective equipment.

The effect of TR TS 019/2011 does not apply to the following types of personal protective equipment:

personal protective equipment used in sporting events;

specially designed means of individual protection for fire prevention units and for units providing response to natural and manmade emergencies;

Specially designed personal protective equipment for use in aviation, space technology and underwater work;

Specially designed personal protective equipment for use in medical and microbiological applications;

PPE used as samples for trade fairs and exhibitions;

personal protective equipment designed or modified to protect against bacteriological (biological) agents and radioactive materials that can be used for military purposes, against toxic chemicals used in chemical weapons and riot control chemicals, and components specially designed for them.
