海关联盟的技术法规TR CU 018/2011：关于轮式车辆的安全

TR CU 018/2011是最广泛的技术法规之一。它适用于在欧亚经济区流通的已经在使用的车辆和车辆部件。

车辆分为四个类别：

L类--机动车（轻便摩托车、摩托车、踏板车等）。需要有车辆型号认证（OTTC）或车辆设计安全证书(SBKTS)。

M类--有四个或更多轮子，用于客运的车辆（汽车、公共汽车、无轨电车等）。需要有车辆型号认证（OTTC）或车辆设计安全证书(SBKTS)。

N类--用于货物运输的车辆。货车及其底盘（用于运输3.5吨以下的货物，3.5至12吨以及12吨以上）。需要有车辆型号认证（OTTC）或车辆设计安全证书(SBKTS)

O类--L、M和N类车辆（10吨及以上）的拖车（半拖车）。需要有车辆型号认证（OTTC）或车辆设计安全证书(SBKTS)

与安全有关的车辆部件：发动机、发动机动力设备。需要EAC合格认证。

其他汽车部件需要EAC合格证。对于某些部件，不仅可以获得EAC合格证书，还可以获得EAC符合性声明。

Technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 018/2011: 'On the safety of wheeled vehicles'

TR CU 018/2011 is one of the most extensive technical regulations. It applies to vehicles in circulation in the EAEU that are already in use.

There are four categories of vehicles:

Category L - motor vehicles (mopeds, motorbikes, scooters, etc.). Requires vehicle type approval or vehicle design safety certificate.

Category M - vehicles with four or more wheels which are intended for passenger transportation (cars, buses, trolleybuses, etc.). Requires vehicle type approval or chassis type approval or a vehicle design safety certificate.

Category N - vehicles used for the transport of goods -

lorries and their chassis (for the carriage of goods up to 3.5 tonnes, from 3.5 to 12 tonnes and over 12 tonnes). Requires vehicle type approval or chassis type approval or a vehicle design safety certificate.

Category O - trailers (semi-trailers) to vehicles of categories L, M and N (up to 10 tonnes and over). Requires a vehicle type approval or a chassis type approval or a vehicle construction safety certificate.

Safety related vehicle components: engines, engine power equipment. Require certification.

Other components require a certificate of conformity. For some components it is possible to obtain not only a certificate but also a declaration of conformity.
