TR CU 029/2012 ：食品添加剂、调味剂和加工助剂的安全要求 "规定了对食品添加剂、调味剂、加工助剂及其在食品中的含量的统一要求。

TR CU 029/2012适用于以下产品：

食品添加剂，包括复合添加剂；

调味剂；

技术辅助剂；

食品中的食品添加剂、调味剂中的生物活性物质、技术辅助剂的残留量；

食品添加剂、调味剂和技术辅助剂的生产、储存、运输、销售和处置过程。

本法规不适用于个人消费的产品。

EAC符合性声明与其他技术法规的EAC符合性声明一样，只能由欧亚联盟境内申请人自己使用电子秘钥（EDS）进行政府统一注册系统的注册。

TR CU 029: Technical regulation "Safety requirements for food additives, flavourings and processing aids".

TR CU 029/2012 "Safety Requirements for Food Additives, Flavourings and Processing Aids" defines uniform requirements for food additives, flavourings, processing aids and their content in food products.

TR CU 029/2012 applies to:

food additives, including complex ones;

flavourings;

technological aids;

food products with regard to the content of food additives, biologically active substances from flavourings, residual quantities of technological aids;

processes of production, storage, transportation, sale and disposal of food additives, flavourings and technological aids.

The Regulation does not apply to products for personal consumption.

Registration of the declaration of conformity, as well as declarations under other TR CU, can only be made by the applicant itself using its EDS.
