海关联盟技术法规TR CU 021/2011：关于食品的安全

TR CU 021/2011 "关于食品的安全 "规定了欧亚经济联盟市场上食品的安全要求。

本法规不适用于公民在家中、私人附属地或从事园艺、园林、畜牧业的公民生产的仅用于个人消费且不打算在海关联盟关税区流通的食品。

在海关联盟（CU）的海关领土上投入流通的食品应进行EAC符合性符合性声明，但以下情况除外：

未加工的动物源性食品；

专门的食品产品；

醋。

EAC符合性声明与其他技术法规的EAC符合性声明一样，只能由欧亚联盟境内申请人自己使用电子秘钥（EDS）进行政府统一注册系统的注册。

Technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 021/2011: "On the safety of food products".

TR CU 021/2011 "On safety of food products" establishes safety requirements for food products. These technical regulations shall not apply to food products produced by citizens at home, in private subsidiary plots or by citizens engaged in gardening, horticulture, animal husbandry intended for personal consumption only and not intended for circulation on the customs territory of the Customs Union.

Subject to declaration of conformity shall be food products put into circulation on the customs territory of the Customs Union, except for

unprocessed food products of animal origin;

specialized food products;

vinegar.

Registration of the declaration of conformity, as well as declarations under other TR CU, can only be made by the applicant itself using its EDS.
