海关联盟技术法规TR CU 025/2012 关于家具产品的安全

根据该法规，属于本技术法规管制产品清单：

家庭使用的家具；

实验室家具，医疗实验室家具除外；

学前教育机构的家具；

教育机构的家具；

贸易、公共餐饮和消费服务的家具

行政大楼的家具；

宾馆、疗养院和招待所的家具；

戏剧和娱乐及文化设施的家具；

办公楼的家具；

火车站、金融机构和通信公司的家具；

卖书场所的家具（架子、书架、柜子、桌子）；

用于船舶房间的家具（船舱、病房、驾驶室、中央控制站、娱乐设施、食堂、救护室）；

桌子（餐桌、写字桌、盥洗室、杂志、电脑、电视、广播、录像、电话桌、露台和前厅的桌子及其他产品）；

椅子、扶手椅、长椅、凳子、长椅、沙发、沙发床、沙发床；

床；

床垫；

橱柜、抽屉、架子、台子、抽屉柜、货架、屏风、支架、衣架、抽屉及其他产品；

儿童家具（桌子、椅子、床、玩偶、玩具箱、扶手椅、沙发、柜子、床头柜、凳子、长椅、床垫、沙发床和其他产品）。

儿童家具、教育机构的家具和学前机构的家具必须出具EAC合格证书（EAC  certificate）。其他所有其他类型的家具必须进行EAC符合性声明（EAC  declaration）。

EAC符合性声明与其他技术法规的EAC符合性声明一样，只能由欧亚联盟境内申请人自己使用电子秘钥（EDS）进行政府统一注册系统的注册。

Technical regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 025/2012 "On safety of furniture products".

The list of products that fall under the technical regulation according to the regulation:

furniture for household use;

laboratory furniture, except for medical laboratory furniture;

furniture for pre-school institutions;

furniture for educational institutions;

furniture for trade, public catering and consumer service enterprises; furniture for administrative premises

furniture for administrative buildings;

Furniture for hotels, health resorts and hostels;

furniture for theatrical and entertainment and cultural facilities;

furniture for office buildings;

furniture for railway stations, financial institutions and communication companies;

furniture for book-selling premises (racks, shelves, cabinets, tables);

furniture for ship rooms (cabins, wardrooms, bridge, central control station, recreational facilities, canteen, ambulatory);

tables (dining, writing, lavatory, magazine, computer, TV, radio, video, telephone tables, tables for terraces and anterooms and other products);

chairs, armchairs, benches, stools, benches, poufs, sofas, couches, takhty, chair-beds, sofa-beds;

beds;

mattresses;

Wardrobes, drawers, shelving units, secretaries, chests of drawers, chests of drawers, shelves and other products (chests, shelf units, screens, supports, hangers, drawers, shelves and other products);

A certificate must be issued for children's furniture, furniture for educational institutions, and furniture for pre-school institutions. All other types of furniture must be declared.

Registration of the declaration of conformity, as well as declarations under other TR CU, can only be made by the applicant itself with its EDS.
