海关联盟技术法规TR CU 022/2011：食品标签方面的规定

TR CU 022/2011 "标签方面的食品 "适用于投入流通的标签方面的食品（以铭文、图案、标记、符号、其他名称和（或）其组合的形式应用于消费者包装、运输包装或固定在消费者包装和（或）运输包装上的其他类型的信息载体或置于其中或附着于其上的食品信息；

海关联盟对食品包装标签的要求：

海关联盟食品包装标签应包含以下信息：

食品的名称；

食品的成分，但本条第4.4部分第7条规定的情况和海关联盟关于某些类型食品的技术法规另有规定的除外

食品的数量；

食品的生产日期；

食品的保质期；

制造商规定的或海关联盟关于某些类型的食品的技术法规规定的食品储存条件。对于保护产品不变质的包装打开后质量和安全性发生变化的食品，还应当规定包装打开后的储存条件；

食品制造商的名称和地点或食品的个体企业-制造商的全名和地点（以下简称制造商的名称和地点），以及在海关联盟的这些技术法规规定的情况下，制造商授权人的名称和地点，进口组织的名称和地点或个体企业-进口商的全名和地点（以下简称制造商）

使用的建议和（或）限制，包括在没有这些建议或限制的情况下使用食品是复杂的，或可能对消费者的健康、财产造成损害，或导致食品的味道特性降低或丧失；

考虑到本条第4.9部分的规定，食品的营养价值指标；

关于食品中存在使用转基因生物（以下简称 "转基因"）的成分的信息；

在海关联盟成员国市场上流通的产品的统一EAC标志。

TR CU 022/2011本法规EAC符合性声明不单独发布，只与主要海关联盟技术法规一起签发，具体取决于产品的类型。

Technical Regulation of the Customs Union TR CU 022/2011: "Food products with regard to labelling

TR TR CU 022/2011 "Food Products in Terms of Labelling" applies to food products put into circulation in terms of labelling (information on food products applied in the form of inscriptions, drawings, marks, symbols, other designations and (or) their combinations to the consumer packaging, transport packaging or other type of information carrier fixed to the consumer packaging and (or) transport packaging or placed in them or attached to them;.

requirements for labelling of packaged food products:

Labelling of packaged food products shall contain the following information

name of the food product;

composition of the food products, except for the cases stipulated by clause 7 of part 4.4 of this article and unless otherwise provided by the technical regulations of the Customs Union on certain types of food products

quantity of the food products;

date of manufacture of the food products;

shelf life of the food products;

conditions for storage of the food products which are established by the manufacturer or provided for by the technical regulations of the Customs Union on certain types of food products. For food products, the quality and safety of which changes after opening of the packaging which protects the products from spoilage, the conditions for storage after opening of the packaging shall also be specified;

name and location of the food product manufacturer or full name and location of the individual entrepreneur-manufacturer of the food products (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer's name and location) as well as, in the events specified by these technical regulations of the Customs Union, name and location of the person authorized by the manufacturer, name and location of the importing company or name, first name, patronymic and location of the individual entrepreneur-importer (hereinafter referred to as the manufacturer)

recommendations and (or) restrictions for use, including cooking of the food products in case its use without such recommendations or restrictions is complicated or may cause harm to health of consumers, their property or result in reduction or loss of taste properties of the food products;

indicators of nutrition value of food products with account of provisions of part 4.9 of this article;

information on presence in the food products of components obtained with the use of genetically modified organisms (hereinafter referred to as "GMO");

a single mark of product circulation on the market of the Customs Union member states.

The declaration of compliance with TR CU 022/2011 is not issued separately, but only together with the main technical regulations, depending on the type of product.
