TR CU Certificate / TC CU Declaration
TR CU Certificate / TC CU Declaration is an official document that permits products and equipment to enter the Customs Union (now the Eurasian Economic Union) market and to be sold within it. Countries that are the members of the Eurasian Economic Union are the Republic Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation

Certification of products according to the  technical requirements of Customs Union  is carried out by accredited certification bodies that are enlisted to the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Test Laboratories (Centers) of the Customs Union. And our is one of them.

The declaration of products conformity to the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) is a document by which the applicant certifies the products conformity to the requirements of technical regulations that allows the sale of these products within  the territories of the states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Applicant for declaration can be only a legal entity or an individual as an individual entrepreneur, registered in accordance with the legislation on the territory of any Member State of the Customs Union.

The declaration of conformity is a subject to registration in the Unified Register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity. Registered declarations of products conformity to the requirements of technical regulations are available on the official website of the Federal Service for Accreditation.

The validity period of the declaration of conformity starts on the date of its registration. The validity period of the declaration of conformity is not more than 5 years.

The applicant must keep a declaration of conformity and approving documents within ten years from the expiration date of the declaration of conformity.

A set of documents confirming compliance must be provided to the state control (supervisory) authorities on request.

According to the decision of the applicant, if it is stipulated by the technical regulations, certification can be carried out instead of declaration according to the certification schemes equivalent to the compliance declaration schemes provided by the technical regulations. Even when there is no or insufficient evidence of the applicant's compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations.

The unified form of the declaration of conformity and the rules for its execution are approved by the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission on December 25, 2012 No. 293 "On unified forms of the certificate of conformity and declaration of conformity to the technical regulations of the Customs Union and the execution rules"
